Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

All of our jewellery is handcrafted. Each item may require a production period before shipping. The estimated production time is specified on each product page.

If no production time is stated on the product page, the item is considered to be in stock and ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship within:

  • Selected international destinations

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days]

These are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and customs procedures.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order specifics.

5. Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
